cucumber and salads are a tried and trust digestive aid. Maintaining a standing
posture for some time after food will help in preventing a reaction. 1-2
teaspoon juice of chebulic myroblan is taken daily is highly beneficial in the
treatment of acidity and heartburn. For better results, the juice can be mixed
with an equal amount of amla juice.

successful. The patient should avoid using chemical/medicinal acidity

long way to prevent excess stomach acid and ulcers, particularly if you are a
nervous & emotional person or involved in a high-stress job. Avoid
non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Some drugs may predispose a
person to excess stomach acid. Try to eat regular meals and follow a healthy
diet. Take extra care when lifting weights, as this puts the abdominal area
under the added strain and may result in digestion evils.
